Ordering and Shipping Terms

 

Our job is to make sure that you’re taken care of every step of the way and having each shopping experience one you’ll remember. Returns

If our products do not meet your needs after your purchase, you may return them within 30 days from the purchase date in their original packaging with a reason and all returns must contain content in the original packaging for inspection and then simply contact us to obtain an (RA# ) Return Authorization Number. Products cannot be returned without a Return Authorization Number. Authorization must be obtained in advance. 

Product Return Conditions:

  • Return of products
  • Return of defective merchandise is contingent on the manufacturer's defective and/or replacement policies
  • Some supplements may require inspection prior to authorization of return.
  • Some consumable food products may not be returnable
  • Under certain conditions, restocking and/or delivery charges may be applied; See below for more
  • Special order products including delivery, are non-cancellable and non-returnable 
  • Refused delivery may be subject to additional charges

 

Deliveries

Orders below $49 before taxes are subject to a handling fee. Orders are shipped pending payment approval and product availability. Orders placed outside of local trading areas will have a separate delivery charge based on the weight and delivery distance of the order. On all orders over $49 before taxes, you’ll be offered free shipping. We observe many federal and provincial holidays across Canada. Expected Delivery Times

We ship most orders within 1 to 3 business days to locations within local trade zones. If your order originates outside local trading areas, it may take 3 to 5 business days.

Products that are backordered or out-of-stock may have extended delivery times. When you add an item to your shopping cart, you may receive one of the following messages that will help you estimate your delivery date:

“In-stock” -- Usually ships within 1 to 3 days.

“This product requires special shipment. Ships separately” -- Usually ships within 4 to 7 business days. This could be breakable items that require more handling.

 

Product Changes, Substitutions And Errors

All descriptions and images are based on the best information available to Pushnutrition.ca at the time of publication. Although every effort has been made to ensure accuracy, prices and specifications are subject to errors and we are not responsible for errors. Sizing is approximate and may differ from those shown. Manufacturers and suppliers may change or products may be discontinued without notice

 

Damaged Goods And Shortages

In case of damages or shortages in your delivery, please note the discrepancy on the Canada Post slip before signing for receipt of the order and notify customercare@pushnutrition.ca immediately with a copy of the bill and packing slip.  All notifications must be reported within 30 days of shipment delivery date.  Retain the packaging for inspection. For shipments delivered by a courier or freight company, report the claim to the carrier and obtain an inspection report. Notify customercare@pushnutrition.ca and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.
